Made to order
Every sweatshirt is printed after you order it. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days. Knit sweaters are knitted after you order them and take longer, see Knit sweaters.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free to any US address. Once it ships it's usually 3 to 4 business days in transit, so most orders arrive 5 to 9 business days after you order. Tracking comes by email the moment it leaves. US only for now.

These dates are our estimate from our printer's stated production and shipping times, not a carrier guarantee. Earlier is always safer in December.
Knit sweaters
The knits are real jacquard knits, made to order by our production partner in China. Knitting takes 7 to 14 days and shipping can take up to 2 weeks, so plan on about 3 to 4 weeks from order to door. Shipping is still free. If your bag has a knit and a sweatshirt, they travel separately and the sweatshirt usually wins.

Returns and replacements
Because everything is made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the sizing below before you order.
If yours arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email hello@gentlyregifted.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost.
Taxes
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Sizing
Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Crewneck Sweatshirt. Unisex, classic fit. Size up one for the oversized look. Measured flat, armpit to armpit, and from the high shoulder to the hem. Most colors run S to 5XL; Maroon stops at 2XL and Indigo Blue stops at 3XL.

Knit sweater sizing
Unisex Classic Fit Knitted Crew Neck Sweater, 3XS to 3XL. Measured laid flat: chest from armpit to armpit, length from the high point of the shoulder to the hem, sleeve from the shoulder seam to the cuff. Each one is knitted to order, so it can come out up to an inch off. Unisex, classic fit. Knit can shrink a little in the first wash, so if you're between sizes, go up one.
